Media Passes
Media passes will be issued to working press (verifiable print, radio, TV, wire, photo and online outlets) who confirm coverage of Global Winter Wonderland. All requests must be made through our Public Relations Consultant, Sandra Varner. All media passes will be left at the media will call box office.

 

Media Entrance
Media representatives must present current media credentials at Will Call or business card with valid ID.

 

Media Parking
Media representatives should park in any regular public pay lot. A free parking pass will be issued.

 

Photographers
Video and still photographers are welcome to take pictures of Global Winter Wonderland attractions, exhibits and entertainment (with prior permission). Use of tripods in the festival is strictly forbidden.

 

Radio – Television
Many locations on the grounds may be used as sites for radio or TV broadcasts with prior approval from the public relations consultant.
