Your safety is our priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
Global Winter Wonderland will be open rain or shine. The festival contains all types of activities, many of which are not dependent upon good weather, including lantern attractions, games, arcades, select rides & ground entertainment. While some rides and shows may close due to rain or wind, they will be opened as soon as the weather clears. Refunds and rain checks are not offered.

LOST & FOUND
The Lost and Found is located at the guest service to the right of the box office. International Culture Exchange Group is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved when the festival closes and kept at Lost and Found for the duration of the event. For information regarding a lost article, please call (888) 768-7469 ext. 2
